President of Community Hospital East, a comprehensive acute care facility with 250-staffed beds located at 1500 North Ritter Avenue. One of the largest employers on the Indianapolis East Side, Community Hospital East employs nearly 2,800 physicians, nurses and staff members. Harden has been with Community Health Network for almost 30 years, and became president of Community Hospital East in April 2004 after serving as interim president for five months. She’s passionate about resolving disparities in healthcare. She’s spent time in Haiti, Cuba and Vietnam doing medical mission work. Her son, Brian, is a BRHS graduate.
